HIGH DENSITY STRUCTURAL GLAZING TAPE
NORTAPE’s 635 ST series products are available as closed-cell polyvinyl chloride foam with a micro-cellular structure. Designed specifically as a “spacer in structural silicone curtain wall applications”.
The product is coated on each side with an aggressive, high performance solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and covered with a blue Polypropylene film liner.
Our NORTAPE 635 ST has been developed for use as the spacer element between the insulated glass unit and the frame during structural glazing fabrication where the primary bond is silicone adhesive. The compatibility tests are performed in accordance with the modified ASTM C1087.
